universal electric blanket for lpg gas cylinder
The electric blanket is used on building sites to heat LPG gas cylinders for burners. It can be
used for any size of gas cylinders, from 15-20 kg to 25 kg, simply adjusting the diameter
through special velcro bands in one of the two possible positions.
The electric blanket is made up of a heating cable covered by silicone stitched between a textile
layer and two felts, all fireproof. On the outside the blanket is fully coated by a fireproof insulating aluminium layer. It has an internal thermostat which regulates the temperature, keeping
it constantly at 60° C. The three-layered internal insulating material guarantees an external
superficial temperature of about 40° C.
Near the plug of the electric cable, there is a red led which shows when the heating element
is working. The supplied electric cable is about 3 m long including the industrial plug 2P+T of
16A (Ip44). When the power supply is off, the heater is able to keep a constant temperature
for about 15 minutes. The electric blanket is flexible and resistant to any damages caused
by impacts.
The electric blanket is supplied with a nylon bag suitable for transport.
